旅行大手の独Tuiは23日、英子会社Tui Travelとは差し当たり合併しないとの立場を明らかにした。Tuiの株価が低迷している現時点で合併することは自社株主の利益に合致しないと判断した。Tui Travelは16日付のプレスリリースで、Tuiと合併協議を行っている事実を明らかにしていた。
