建材大手の独Dyckerhoffは10日、親会社の伊Buzzi Unicemが同社を完全買収すると発表した。1株当たり47.16ユーロでスクイーズアウト（他の株主からの強制的な株式買い上げ）を実施し、出資比率を現在の96.6％から100％に引き上げる。Buzzi Unicemは2004年、Dyckerhoffへの出資比率をそれまでの49.3％から50％超に拡大し子会社化した。
