経営不振の独衣料小売チェーンNKDを投資会社OpCapitaが完全買収する。NKDが11月27日明らかにしたもので、OpCapitaはNKDに2,000万ユーロを投資し2015年までに経営再建を果たす意向だ。NKDはドイツ、オーストリア、イタリア、スロベニア、クロアチア、ポーランドに計1,950以上の店舗を持つ。従業員数は8,500人強。
