小売大手Douglasの書籍販売子会社Thaliaは2日、ネット書籍販売Buch.deの株式を15.1％取得し出資比率を95.1％に引き上げたと発表した。今後は他の株主から株式を強制的に買い上げるスクイーズアウトを実施して完全子会社化。実店舗事業とネット販売事業の連携を強化する。
