シンガポールの投資会社Goldin Fundが9月に打ち出した独固定電話機メーカーGigasetに対する株式公開買い付け（TOB）計画に対し、Gigasetの株主である仏投資会社Mantraは9日、TOB提案の受け入れを拒否すると発表した。1株当たりの買い取り価格が1ユーロと低く、Gigasetの将来性が反映されていないと指摘。他の株主もMantraに追従するよう呼びかけた。Gigasetの経営陣はGoldin Fundの買収計画を支持している。
