大手化学商社の独Brenntagは9日、デンマーク企業Kemira Water Denmarkの一部事業を譲り受けることで合意したと発表した。産業用化学品事業を強化する狙いで、Kemira Water Denmarkの苛性ソーダ、硫酸、塩酸、溶剤事業などを取得する。取引金額は公表していない。
