同一企業への派遣期間が18カ月を超えた場合、派遣先は当該派遣社員を自社の正社員として採用しなければならない。また、派遣社員は派遣期間が9カ月を超えた場合、派遣先社員と同額の賃金を請求できる。これらのルールは各業界の労使協定に特別な定めがない限り例外なく適用される。
