組込み型コンピュータシステムのKontronは5日、マレーシア工場を電子機器の受託生産を手がける米Plexusに売却することで基本合意したと発表した。製造事業から大幅に撤退し、経営資源を利幅の大きい顧客向け個別ソリューション開発に集中する方針。取引金額は3,000万～3,500万ドルを予定する。取引に伴い2011年10-12月期決算で特別費600万ユーロを計上するため、2011年通期の売上高営業利益率で8％を確保するとした目標は達成できないとしている。
