食品大手の伊Barillaは19日、独製パン子会社Liekenの売却先を模索すると発表した。Barillaは主力のパスタ事業を全世界的に強化する方針で、製パン事業は中核事業から外れたとしている。同社は2002年に独パン大手Kampsを買収した際にKamps傘下のLiekenも手に入れた。Kampsについては2010年に売却した。
