スウェーデンのエネルギー大手Vattenfallがドイツ事業から部分撤退するとの観測が浮上している。『dagens industri』紙が1日付で報じたもので、二酸化炭素（CO2）排出量の多い石炭発電所を放出し、排出権コストを引き下げる考えという。同社はコメントを控えている。Vattenfallは独発電市場でRWE、Eonに次ぐ3位につける。
