自動車大手の独フォルクスワーゲン(VW)は11月30日、主力部門VWブランド乗用車の売上高営業利益率目標を上方修正した。収益力強化に向けて1年前に開始した新戦略「トランスフォーム2025+」で予想以上の効果が上がっているためで、2020年目標を従来の「最低4%」から「4~5%」へと引き上げた。また、人気の高いSUVのモデル数を同年までに20へと増やし、同部門の販売に占める割合を約40%に引き上げる考えも明らかにした。
