起亜自動車 のスロバキア子会社キア・モーターズ・スロバキア は1月30日、2012年2月時点で全従業員の基本給を4.5％引き上げると発表した。同社の従業員代表と合意したもので、内部規約に応じた個人レベルの昇給もあるという。同社は基本給のほか、夏季およびクリスマス休暇などの手当てを設けているほか、ジリナ地域から通勤する従業員向けの直通バス、自動車購入の割引などの福利厚生制度も充実させているという。
