独高級車メーカーのBMW は、仏PSAプジョー・シトロエンと2011年に設立したハイブリッドシステムの構成部品などを開発・生産する合弁会社「BMWプジョー・シトロエン・エレクトリフィケーション（BPCエレクトリフィケーション）」について、PSAから資本を引き受け、単独で同合弁会社を運営していく方針のもようだ。10日付けの仏『トリビューヌ（La Tribune）』紙の報道によるもので、近く正式発表する見通しという。
