仏自動車部品大手のヴァレオ は9月30日、ノルウェーのEltek から自動車事業（Eltek Electric Vehicles）を買収すると発表した。Eltek Electric Vehicles（従業員数：16人）は、乗用車や商用車向けの車載充電器を開発・生産・販売している。ヴァレオは同社の買収により、電気自動車やプラグインハイブリッド車の開発力を強化する。Eltekは自動車事業の売却により、電気通信やデータセンター、産業システム分野に経営資源を注力する。
