ミュンヘン交通局（MVG）はMAN のハイブリッドバス「Lion’s City Hybrid」を路線バスに投入する。同モデルは通常の都市バスに比べ燃費を最大30％低減できる。ブレーキエネルギー回生システムやアイドリングストップ機能も装備している。同モデルは年内にパリ、バルセロナ、ミラノ、ウィーンのほか、ドイツのハーゲンやオランダの複数の都市でも導入される予定。
