鉄道大手Deutsche Bahn（DB）の2009年の貨物輸送量は前年比で約25％減少した。輸送事業統括会社DB Mobility Logistics（ベルリン）で貨物事業を担当するカールフリードリヒ・ラオシュ取締役が『ヴェルト』紙に対し明らかにした。08年の貨物輸送量・売上水準を回復するのは2012～13年になる見通しという。
