独商用車・機械大手MANのパハタ・ライホーフェン社長は8日付『南ドイツ新聞』掲載のインタビューで、トラック事業の低迷は2010年も続くと述べ、「通年を通して操短を実施せざるを得ない」との見方を示した。ただ、受注はここ数カ月、前年同月水準を上回っており、下半期には業績が好転するとの見方を示した。経営上の理由による解雇は計画していないという。同社長はまた、保有する同業スカニアの株式で09年12月期に評価損を計上することも明らかにした。
