2月に倒産した暖炉・タイル張りストーブメーカーKagoの管財人は25日、同社を暖房用ペレット製造のGerman Pellets Beteiligungs GmbHが買収すると発表した。両社のシナジー効果は大きいとしている。Kagoは旧東ドイツから亡命したカールハインツ・ゴンショロフスキー氏が1971年に創業。ピーク時の2006年には暖炉などを計3万5,000台以上販売し、売上高が1億ユーロを超えた。
