3月に倒産した自動化機器メーカーRohwedderをカナダの同業ATSが一括買収することが28日、事業所委員会の発表で分かった。管財人は分割売却した方が破産財団が大きくなり、債権者の利害にかなうとしていた。今後、人員削減や工場閉鎖が行われるかは未定という。ATSは従業員数が2,300人で、年商規模は約4億4,000万ユーロ。今年3月に医薬品・化粧品製造装置メーカーの独Sortimatを買収したばかり。
