スウェーデンのトラック大手Scanniaは22日、独同業MANと提携協議していることを明らかにした。具体的な検討内容としては◇Scania製ギアボックスのMAN車への投入◇MANが製造する36～40トン車向け後輪車軸のScania車への投入◇両ブランドの個性を損なわない範囲内での部品共有化◇大型トラック・バス向けハイブリッド駆動装置の共同研究――の4つを提示している。シナジー効果の額については協議の過程で明らかにしていく。
