自動車部品の卸売会社PV Automotiveは7月30日、自動車修理チェーンのPit-Stopをルクセンブルクの投資会社Bluoから買収すると発表した。買収後はPit-Stopの運営方式を直営からフランチャイズへと変更。既存顧客である自動車修理事業者と競合しないようにする。取引価格は公表していない。Pit-Stopはドイツ国内で400店強を展開している。
