スイスの化学大手Clariantは17日、株式96％超を取得して傘下に収めた独同業のSued-Chemieでスクイーズアウトを実施すると発表した。他の株主が持つ残り3.85％を1株当たり126.38ユーロで強制的に買い上げて完全子会社とし、上場を廃止する予定だ。
