金融大手の蘭INGは25日、ラテンアメリカの保険事業の大部分をコロンビアの同業GrupoSuraに26億ユーロで売却すると発表した。INGは金融危機で総額100億ユーロの公的支援を受けた際に欧州連合（EU）の欧州委員会から事業の大幅縮小を命じられており、米国のオンラインバンキング事業と欧州車両リース事業の放出を最近、相次いで発表したばかり。中南米の保険事業で手元に残るのは、ブラジルの保険会社Sul Americaへの出資36％だけとなる。
