照明機器大手の独Osramは26日、企業向け部門と一般消費者向け部門を新設の「ジェネラル・ライティング（GL）」部門に統合すると発表した。製品開発・ライフサイクルが短期化していることに対応。顧客の声を製品開発にすみやかに反映させるほか、販売網重複の無駄も整理し、事業のスピードや効率を引き上げる意向だ。
