フランクフルト証券取引所を運営するDeutsche Boerseは28日、決済子会社のClearstreamがオーストラリア証券取引所（ASX）の顧客セキュリティ管理業務を引き受ける方向で独占交渉していると発表した。ASXは独自のセキュリティシステムを構築・運営するよりも外部に委託した方がコストを節減できる。Clearstreamは最近、ブラジルの取引所からも同様の受注を獲得した。
