フォークリフト大手の独Kionは5日、業務用車両販売会社Liftecのロシア事業を買収すると発表した。LiftecはKionの傘下ブランドLindeのフォークリフトをロシアで販売してきた実績がある。Kionは今後、同ブランドをStillブランド同様、自らの手で現地販売していく。
