2月に倒産したオーストリアのスキー板メーカーKneisslをドイツのスケートボードメーカーFriends of Sportsが買収する。買収後は生産拠点をKneisslの本社所在地の近くに全面移管。Kneisslを欧州最大のスノーボード、スケートボードメーカーに発展させる意向だ。Kneisslは1861年創業の老舗メーカーで、1980年と2003年にも倒産した経緯がある。
