再保険世界最大手の独Muenchener Rueckは深刻な財政危機にあえぐギリシャ向けの債権を大幅に放棄する意向だ。同社のルートヴィヒ・アルノルドゥッセン取締役が24日、明らかにした。ユーロ危機からの打開に向けては、効果が持続するとともにインフレを招来しないような政策が必要だとしている。債権放棄に伴い同社は今年第3四半期、保有するギリシャ国債の減損処理を前期に引き続き行う方針。第2四半期には7億300万ユーロを計上した。
