ドイツ連邦統計局が16日発表した2011年の住宅建設許可件数（非住居用を含む）は22万8,395件となり、前年比で21.7％増加した。雇用の安定と低金利が需要を押し上げており、増加幅は前年の5.5％を大きく上回った。住宅需要は09年末から増加傾向が続いている。
