米ニューヨーク連邦準備銀行（Federal Reserve Bank of New York）は4月26日、保険大手AIGの救済に伴い取得した債務担保証券（CDO）をDeutsche BankとBayclaysからなるコンソーシアムに売却したと発表した。売却金額は非公開。市場では同CDOの簿価（75億ドル強）の60～70％で譲渡したとみられている。Deutsche BankとBayclaysは取得したCDOを今後、小分けにしたうけでヘッジファンドなどに転売するとみられる。
