独太陽電池メーカーのInventuxは22日、会社更生手続きの適用をベルリン・シャルロッテンブルク区裁判所に申請したと発表した。太陽電池価格の急落で経営に行き詰ったため。同社は微細構造技術を用いた薄膜太陽光発電モジュールを製造している。従業員数は200人強。2010年は売上高が6,160万ユーロで、180万ユーロの利益を計上していた。
