エネルギー独3位のEnBWは5日、電力料金を8月から平均2.6％値上げすると発表した。再生可能電力とエネルギー集約型産業向け助成金負担の増大、および送電網料金の値上げを受けた措置で、1キロワット時（kWh）当たりの料金を1.08セント増の25.45セントに引き上げる。年間消費量2,900 kWhの標準世帯（3人家族）では月当たりの料金が1.75ユーロ増える。
