独銀行大手Commerzbankは19日、露銀10位Promsvyazbankの株式14.4％をPromsvyazbankの親会社であるPromsvyaz Capitalに売却したと発表した。自己資本増強策の一環。取引価格は公表しないことで同意した。今回の取引によりPromsvyaz Capitalの出資比率は88.3％に拡大した。残りは欧州復興開発銀行（EBRD）が保有する。
