船井電機は23日、蘭フィリップスが設計・開発したライフスタイルエンターテイメント製品を米国とカナダで販売することで合意したと発表した。米国子会社P&F USA Inc.を通してフィリップスのオーディオとアクセサリー製品（ヘッドフォン、ドッキングスピーカー、ポータブルオーディオ、ポータブルビデオなど）を独占販売する。フィリップスブランドの液晶テレビについては2008年に北米販売を引き受けている。
