BoschとSiemensの白物家電合弁会社BSH Bosch und Siemens Hausgeraeteは25日、ポーランド同業Zelmerの株式97.78％を取得したと発表した。現地投資会社Enterprise Investorsから49％を譲り受けたほか、株式公開買い付け（TOB）を通して残りを獲得した。Zelmerは中東欧市場でブランド力があり、BSHは今後も独立ブランドとして存続させる意向だ。
