独複合企業Prettlは9日、ソーラーインバーター製造子会社のRefusolを米Advanced Energyに売却すると発表した。Refusolはソーラー業界の価格競争を受けて業績が悪化しており、売上高は2011年の時点で前年比20％減の1億6,100万ユーロに後退していた。取引金額は非公開。従業員165人はAdvanced Energyに継続雇用される。Prettlは自動車部品、電子部品などを製造する計35の企業からなり、グループの従業員数は世界全体で6,000人に上る。
