独流通大手のReweは15日、経営不振の家電量販チェーン子会社ProMarktの売却を検討すると発表した。家電市場の販売チャンネルが実店舗からネットショップに移行していることを踏まえると、同子会社が黒字転換するメドが立たないため。ProMarktは独家電販売市場シェアが1.4％にとどまる。2011年決算では約4,000万ユーロの赤字を計上したとみられている。
