照明大手の独Osramは18日、仏自動車部品大手Valeoと折半出資で運営する米国の合弁会社Valeo Sylvaniaから撤退する方針を明らかにした。プレスリリースによると、Valeoは来年第1四半期、両社の取り決めに基づき同合弁を完全子会社化できるという。自動車用照明分野での協力関係は世界レベルでの戦略供給を通して強化するとしている。
