中国の大手建機・重機メーカー中連重科（Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science&Technology Development Co., Ltd.）は12月25日、独同業M-Tec Mathis Technik GmbH（ノイエンブルク・アム・ライン）をセメント大手の仏Saint-Gobainから買収したと発表した。取引金額は非公開。M-Tecは1978年の設立で、建材の生産・加工機械を生産している。
