Carl Zeissの医療機器子会社Carl Zeiss Meditecは3日、トルコの独占販売店Optronik AS（アンカラ）を2013年12月末日付で完全買収したと発表した。自社の販売・サービス網に統合することで、現地顧客向けサービスの質を向上させる狙い。Optronikの全従業員（約60人）を継続雇用する。
