シーリングシステムや複合材料などを開発・生産している米インターフェイス・ソリューソンズ は20日、NOK（東京都）と独フロイデンベルクが米国に設立した合弁会社フロイデンベルク・NOKシーリング・テクノロジーズから、変速機のバルブボディ用セパレータープレート事業を買収したと発表した。今回の措置により、インターフェイスは今後の成長に向けて、変速機向けのシーリング材製品を拡充するとともに、生産能力を拡大することができるとしている。買収価格など詳細は公表していない。
