化学大手のBASFは15日、排ガスから二酸化炭素（CO2）を分離する技術の開発で工業ガス大手のLindeと提携した発表した。CO2分離に関する化学的なノウハウをBASFが、工学的な技術をLindeが持ち寄り、装置を開発。需要の拡大が見込める中東を中心に販売ないしライセンス供与していく計画だ。
