金融大手の伊Unicreditは投資銀行事業を独子会社Hypo-Vereinsbank（HVB）に集約する。HVBはこれに伴いUnicreditの墺子会社Bank Austriaから投資銀行部門を12億5,000万ユーロで譲り受ける。HBVがBank Austriaの当該事業を取得することはUnicreditがHVBを買収した2005年の時点で決まっていたが、同事業の時価査定で意見が食い違い取引の成立が遅れていた。欧州メディアが15日報じた。
