複合企業Evonikは11日の第1四半期決算発表で2010年12月通期の業績予測を引き上げた。主力の化学事業が好調なためで、売上高を「増収」から「2ケタ増収」、営業利益（EBITDA）を「少なくとも前年並み」から「前年以上」に修正した。第1四半期の業績は最終損益が前年同期の赤字（4,600万ユーロ）から2億9,000万ユーロの黒字に転換。営業利益(EBIT）は前年同期比4.4倍の5億5,400万ユーロ、売上高は18％増の37億6,900万ユーロにそれぞれ拡大した。
