人工透析サービス大手の独Fresenius Medical Care（FMC）は6月30日、ロシアの同業KNCを買収したと発表した。取引金額は非公開。KNCは黒海沿岸のクラスノダール地方で病院を5カ所運営し、約1,000人の患者の透析を行っている。ロシアには人工透析を受ける患者が約2万人おり、年10％のスピードで増えている。FMCは同国で現在、透析病院5カ所を運営し、患者570人の面倒をみている。
