NokiaとSiemensの合弁会社Nokia Siemens Networks（NSN）は19日、米Motorolaの通信設備事業を買収すると発表した。米国と日本を中心に世界でのプレゼンスを強化することが狙い。買収金額は12億ユーロ。年内の取引終了を見込む。
