化学大手の独Evonikは3日、太陽日酸と共同で設置した四日市工場の竣工式を行った。太陽電池、フラットパネル、半導体向けの需要が拡大するモノシランガスと、樹脂や塗料に用いられるアエロジルを生産。アジア市場で販売していく。工場建設には約1億5,000万ユーロを投じた。
