鉄鋼系複合企業の独Thyssenkruppは6日、産業サービス大手Ferrostaalと共同運営する潜水艦の合弁販売会社Marine Force International（MFI）を解消する方向で交渉していることを明らかにした。Ferrostaalで贈賄事件や疑惑が相次いでいるためで、今後は潜水艦の販売を単独で行う意向だ。ThyssenkruppはMFIが韓国の事業家に賄賂を贈っていなかったかの調査を行うと10月31日に発表したばかり。
