電機大手の蘭Philipsは1日、世界最大のパソコン（PC）用ディスプレイメーカーである台湾の冠捷科技とテレビ事業の合弁会社を設立することで正式合意したと発表した。出資比率はフィリップス30％、冠捷科技70％。2012年3月末までの手続き完了を見込む。Philipsは不振が続くテレビ事業を本体から切り離し、同社の中国市場向けテレビをライセンス生産してきた冠捷科技との合弁会社に移管する。
