フィルター大手の独Mann＋Hummelは9日、ブラジルの水処理設備メーカーFluid Brasilを完全買収したと発表した。自動車部品分野に偏った事業構造を改めることが狙い。Fluid Brasilは従業員数が80人で、2011年売上高は約2,500万ユーロだった。
